The picture below was taken around a month ago at closing. It was a special occasion for me because I remember how worried my client was when she reached out to me.
The property had been already on the market for almost three months at this point and had not sold. I knew I had to deliver, got my marketing engine rolling, pulled some bunnies out of my hat and it felt awesome. Just a few days later I was able to tell my new client that I have an offer in hand.
