The new year has just started and I could not have asked for anything better. My first listing of the new year sold within five days.
A planned mailing campaign to the neighborhood, online advertising at the right time, and a well-prepared open house made this possible.
Listed on a Thursday, I was able to present six offers to my client after the open house on the following Sunday, one better than the other, and we closed 5% above asking price.
